• Yes, anyone can register on AdoMado, provided he/she is 18years or older, is a resident of India and is able enough to enter into a legal contract as per Indian laws.

• Post registration I was to receive a gift voucher, I have not received it?
• Please login to the AdoMado website and make sure that you have registered with your correct details.
• Logon to ‘My Offers’ on the site and you will be able to see all your offers and free SMSes that you have earned.
• I have registered with my friend’s details?
• The payout will be made as per the details posted in the system, we recommend you immediately correct the details or register with your own details.

• I am unable to download AdoMado?
• Check your machine for antivirus and firewall settings, as AdoMado installer is an executable file (.exe format) and at times antiviruses and firewalls tend to block the executable files.

Installation, Activation and AdoMado Preferences

• I only need to install AdoMado for Firefox?
• Post running the installer that you have downloaded and activating AdoMado, start the Internet Explorer and follow the steps:
• Go to Tools >> Manage Add-Ons
• Locate and click on the AdoMado
• Click on the Disable button in the Settings
• AdoMado will be disabled for this browser once you restart the browser
• I only need to install AdoMado for Windows Internet Explorer?
• Post running the installer that you have downloaded and activating AdoMado, start Firefox and follow the steps:
• Go to Tools >> Add-Ons
• Locate and disable AdoMado
• AdoMado will be disabled once you restart the browser
• Even after installing AdoMado, I am unable to see ads?
• We recommend that you uninstall the current version of AdoMado. Download the latest AdoMado installer from your profile page and perform a fresh install.
• How do I update AdoMado?
• Log on to the website with you registered email id and password and download the latest version of AdoMado.
• Make sure both Firefox and Internet Explorer the browsers are closed
• Go to Control Panel >> Add Remove Programs
• Select AdoMado and click on uninstall
• AdoMado will be uninstalled from both Firefox and Internet Explorer
• Double click on AdoMado installation file and follow the installation process.

• How do I refer my friends to register with AdoMado?
• Simply use the invite contacts functionality on the AdoMado website and invite your friends from your different contact lists.
• A unique invite link will be created for you; any one registering through that link will be taken as your referrals. You can refer your friends through that web address in the following ways:
• Input the email ids of your friends in the form provided and click on the link to invite. Your friends will be sent an email informing them that you have invited them to register with AdoMado along with your referral link.

• When do I get the money that my friends earned?

• I referred quite a few of my friends, but I have not received any referral bonus or any part of their earnings?
